At 2pm on July 21st or 28th, we’re offering a new immersive dosage exploration with our Assistant Winemaker Jarod Sleet.
Dosage in méthode champenoise winemaking refers to the addition of a small amount of sugar and wine to adjust the sweetness and flavor of the final sparkling wine.
Jarod will guide you through every step of dosage when crafting RMS sparkling wines and what he and Rollin look for to inform their decision on how much or how little to add.
There will be 3 afternoon offerings of this 90-minute experience in the month of July; July 7th, July 21st, and July 28th. Light snacks will be provided.
Please note that space will be limited, ensuring an intimate and engaging setting for each participant.
