Since arriving in Oregon in the 1980’s ROCO Winery’s founders, Rollin Soles and Corby Stonebraker-Soles, have worked to establish Oregon as the premier region outside Europe for producing Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Méthode Champenoise sparkling wines.
